We are pleased to announce that the architect Egidio Panzera's studio has been selected among the 105 most interesting architecture firms for large-scale projects currently being carried out nationally and internationally.
The villa subject of the renovation stands in a residential area of Singapore. The concept was born from the customer's need to renovate the villa, to give it back a character and a personality. The client's passion for natural materials was the guide in the development of the project. The external volume was modeled with a balanced play of overlapping material planes, which give the prospects a new dynamism. Teak slats alternate with stone surfaces and sand-colored plastered volumes. The main front presents itself in a giant order, thanks to the new granite stone wall and the glass window that marks the triple internal height. The teak slats hide the old fronts, creating a new skin in perfect symbiosis with the plant essences. In continuity with the garden space, large windows cross the entire ground floor from the front to the back.
